I started Aurora Mountain Innovations because I believe innovation drives the world forward. Years working with executive leaders taught me that industry leaders treat innovation as a discipline rather than an aspiration and manage it like a strategic investment. When the right ideas get resources and attention, step changes become possible. Organizations reduce spending on low value projects. Leadership gains the confidence to invest boldly, because they have a system they can trust.
